Job Description

M2F is the driving force behind our creative marketing agency that also produces key family publications such as PakMag.

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Professional who can help local businesses more effectively market their products and services to families in North Queensland. Offering a range of services through both print and digital media, this position is responsible for helping businesses (both existing clients and new) engage with families through the PakMag brand.

Our PakMag publication is the number one free family magazine in FNQ and has been running for fifteen years. As such, we are well versed in what the family market wants and needs, and it’s this expertise that means we have the authority to assist businesses with tailored marketing strategies which maximise their exposure within this demographic.

Responsibilities Include

  • B2B sales
  • Sourcing new long-term clients both locally and nationally
  • Nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Having a strong pipeline of upcoming opportunities each month
  • Meeting monthly KPI
  • Tailoring marketing strategies for clients
  • Using the company’s CRM accurately and consistently

The ideal candidate will likely possess

  • A minimum of 1-2 years in a sales role and experience in building/maintaining client relationships
  • A sound understanding of marketing in a digital and traditional sense
  • Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to negotiate
  • A sound understanding of the family market
  • Attention to detail, and prolific note taker to keep our CRM up to date
  • And most importantly, a positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Current Australian issues driver’s license
  • Ability to work with a dynamic team and contribute to our great energy
