Cassandra is a respected clinician in the assessment and treatment of the hand and upper limb. Prior to opening Helping Hands in 2006, Cassandra worked in senior positions in both the private and public sector, in Australia and the United Kingdom. Cassandra is a guest lecturer at James Cook University in the subjects of Hand Therapy, Orthotics/Splinting and Upper Limb Anatomy. She is also involved in the training of General Practitioners and other allied health professionals on hand and wrist injuries. In recent years Cassandra has been an elected committee member on the national board of the Australian Hand Therapy Association.
